The Clean First framework involves applying the ASHRAE 62.1 – Indoor Air Quality Procedure (IAQP) and is summarized into four (4) simple steps:
- Set IAQ targets
- Install Air Cleaning
- Add ventilation
- Measure and Verify
During this session, you will also learn about the NEW Addendum AA in ASHRAE Standard 62.1 – 2019, which defines acceptable indoor air quality, Net Zero aligned strategies to achieve good IAQ, and IAQ Goals which can earn LEED points. You will also learn how to apply the IAQP using a simple, web-based calculator.
