NORFOLK, Va. — August 27, 2026 — AIR Control Concepts (“AIR”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Jess Company Ltd., d/b/a Jess HVAC (“Jess”), a longstanding manufacturer’s representative and distributor of commercial HVAC equipment based in Montreal, Quebec. The acquisition marks AIR’s entry into the Quebec market and will see Jess become part of O’Dell HVAC Group, AIR’s Canadian operating company, extending O’Dell’s reach beyond its existing footprint across Ontario.
Founded in 1958 and headquartered in Montreal, with an additional sales office in Laval, Jess has spent more than six decades building a reputation as a trusted HVAC equipment partner across Quebec. The company represents a broad portfolio of manufacturers spanning heating, air conditioning, ventilation, controls, and humidification and air quality solutions — supporting commercial, institutional, and healthcare customers with equipment selection, design tools, and reliable local delivery.
Extending AIR’s Canadian Footprint
The acquisition builds on AIR’s expanding presence in Canada, which began with the acquisition of O’Dell HVAC Group in April 2025 and has grown to include Longhill Energy Products and Climacool. Jess will operate under the O’Dell HVAC Group banner, bringing O’Dell’s national scale and technical resources to Jess’s customers while extending the O’Dell network into Quebec for the first time.
