O’Dell Associates is pleased to announce the majority share acquisition of Walmar Ventilation commencing on June 1st, 2021.
Founded in 1973, Walmar provides contractors, engineers, and end-users with ventilation, filtration, heating, and cooling equipment services. Management and employees of Walmar Ventilation will join the O’Dell Associates team under the Walmar name, becoming a division of O’Dell Associates. Former President of Walmar Ventilation, Randy Cavill, will continue as a partner in the role of Vice President Sales – Ottawa.
Walmar Ventilation is a HVAC manufactures representative known for providing excellent service in the Eastern Ontario & Western Quebec area. Boasting partnerships with industry-leading HVAC manufactures and two distribution locations, Walmar Ventilation strives to provide the best customer service.
For the past 30 years, O’Dell Associates has successfully provided superior HVAC services in Southern Ontario. Our mission is to not only be a leader in Southern Ontario but, to expand our success beyond and become a pioneer within all of Ontario.
