O’Dell HVAC Group is excited to welcome Colin Berry to the team as our new Senior Vice President, Sales & Growths, effective September 8, 2026.
Colin brings many years of experience in the HVAC industry, leading businesses and teams across Canada and the northeastern United States. Throughout his career, he has worked across sales, operations and business strategy, giving him a strong understanding of both the day-to-day needs of a business and what it takes to support long-term growth.
In his new role at O’Dell, Colin will work closely with teams across the company to help strengthen our operations, improve how we work together and support the continued growth of O’Dell across Canada.

Colin lives in Manotick, Ontario, with his wife, Sara, and their two children.
