As part of the larger Government “Energy Savings & Acquisition Program” There was an open spec mechanical tender issued by BGIS and the federal government with the design done by FVB energy.  This tender was for a complete overhaul of all the steam systems within the Laboratory Centre for Disease Control: Biologics and Genetic Therapies Branch, located at 100 Eglantine drive in Ottawa Ontario.

The Burlington area is getting a brand new industrial development, which includes two divisible industrial buildings totalling 248,828 sf. Since the new development does not have tenants that currently have any unique temperature requirements, the building needed to ensure it is equipped to keep tenants comfortable and proper IAQ.

Bringing cooling comfort to classrooms is just the beginning for LG VRF in local schools. These systems excel not only at cooling but also at delivering heat efficiently, outperforming outdated traditional systems.

Two new multi-residential towers have just been built in Ottawa at 19 Centrepointe and we were excited to be apart of this new build. Led by the engineering expertise of Goodkey, Weedmark & Associates (GWAL) and executed by Dilfo Mechanical, this project has been a testament to collaboration, meticulous planning, and the use of top-quality products.
